Overview – CANCELLATIONS – REFUNDS

Canceling a Registration: You may cancel any existing registration by contacting our office either by email, phone or the “contact us submission tab” on our website.

Receipt of Cancellation: Within 24 hours, our company will send you a confirmation email stating that we have cancelled your registration. Your registration is considered open and valid until you receive the cancellation receipt.

Refund or Reschedule: If you cancel a registration at any time before the start of the course, you will receive a FULL REFUND for that registration, or we will gladly reschedule the participant to another course date.

Cancelling AFTER the Course has Started or if Participant does not attend for any reason. A refund will not be given, and we will reschedule that participant or a substitute employee to another course date.

Unsatisfied with Course Content: Course Participants need to contact the Stormwater Training Center within 48 hours after completion of the course to voice their concerns about the training. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation including: issuing a refund, a partial refund or offering more training.
