This Level 1 course discusses the law as it relates to your permit, capital improvement projects, ordinance development, all required program elements, inspection requirements and financial responsibility.

The course will certify you as a “Qualified MS4 Inspector,” required under the Clean Water Act Legislation.

 A “Qualified Person” is someone who is trained and experienced in stormwater treatment techniques and related fields as may be demonstrated by professional certification, experience, or completion of coursework.
